Ryder will be exhibiting at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach from 12th January to 30th April 2017. Her first museum exhibition in the USA, it will set her distinctive mythical sculptures, both monumental and small in scale, amongst Norton's sprawling historic gardens and Wyeth-designed studio.
Ryder will attend a VIP opening reception on 11th January, exclusive to members of the ANSG. She will give a talk that is open to the public on 14th January (11am), where she will be signing copies of her new monograph, A Life in Sculpture.
Sophie Ryder: Rising marks the first of a series of exhibitions that will be hosted by the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, the exclusive cultural partner for the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary art fair, where Waterhouse & Dodd will be exhibiting from 12th to 15th January.
