Waterhouse & Dodd is pleased to present a selection of recent acquisitions at their London gallery. This exhibition will highlight every aspect of the gallery's dealing, from the Impressionists to the YBA's. Amongst the works on show are a jewel-like Nabis oil painting by Maurice Denis, a beautiful expressionist still life by Kees Van Dongen and a surrealist watercolour by Salvador Dali. A modern British selection includes a group of four works by John Tunnard, none of which have ever been on the market before, and a very rare early oil painting by R.B. Kitaj. Works by gallery artists and estates are also included with Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and Georges Folmer well represented. We will also be showing two large photographs by Jean-Francois Rauzier. These two prints re-imagine the collections at the National Gallery and Somerset House giving visitors to the gallery a near infinite number of artworks to view and enjoy.
