Sandra Safta Waterhouse
Sandra is the Director of Modern and Contemporary Art for the New York gallery. She was brought up in Paris, lived in Italy for three years during her 20s and has lived in the USA for the past ten years. Sandra has been involved in the contemporary art scene all that time, both in Miami and New York and works at both the Madison Avenue gallery and the East 76th St with Ray Waterhouse running the two galleries.
She has represented Waterhouse & Dodd at many art fairs in the USA and the Middle East over the last six years, and now directs New York events and operations. Sandra is also the liaison between the gallery and our biggest selling contemporary artist, Jean-Francois Rauzier, who lives in France, and also the photographer Kim Keever from New York. She has studied the business aspects of the art market at New York University and is bi-lingual in English and French.
