Jamie Anderson

JAMIE ANDERSON joined Waterhouse & Dodd in 1998 from the contemporary art gallery, Long & Ryle. Jamie oversees the day-to-day running of the Cork Street gallery and is also responsible for the Contemporary Art program, which includes finding new artists, liasing with artists and planning our extensive programme of exhibitions and art fairs. Jamie has presented several talks at the Sotheby's Institute on collecting contemporary art and has advised numerous private clients, who were new to the art market, of the pleasures and pitfalls of collecting.

Jamie graduated from Glasgow University with a degree in History of Art and Modern History, specialising in Post-War American art. His particular expertise lies in Modern British and International Contemporary art, and he deals regularly with galleries, auctions and private collections on behalf of clients.
